Rebecca has spent nearly a decade building partnerships and programs with technology companies, foundations, non-profits, and governments to advance innovation in global health. Most recently, she served as Global Health Programs Lead at ID2020 and Director of Global Health Initiatives at Element, a AI digital identity company. Rebecca holds a MPH from the Yale School of Public Health and a BA from Yale University.
