We are hiring for a Grants Manager who will be responsible for all aspects of grant administration and compliance to support PJMF’s annual $75 million in philanthropic investment. In this role, you will foster a culture of learning and development, ensuring that staff learn from each other and from external stakeholders in the way we manage our processes and relationships with our grant partners. The Director, Data and AI services will build and manage a team of data engineers and scientists to provide technology and data services to nonprofits that aim to use data to have a positive impact on people and their communities. Apply here

The Senior IT Specialist will lead the day-to-day management of our technological infrastructure, administering our systems, establishing software and hardware policies and practices, and training and supporting staff. Apply here

The Manager, Associate Leadership Program (ALP) will establish the learning and development modules, recruit and staff the first cohort of the ALP, prepare for subsequent cohorts, identify opportunities for program growth and expansion, and provide mentorship and sponsorship to the Associates. Reporting to the Director of People and Talent, this role will have the opportunity to build and shape this exciting new program that aims to grow the next generation of philanthropic leaders with an intentional lens towards the principles of the IDEA framework. The Program Associates will drive forward our external engagement with grant partners by building relationships, coordinating applications and material submission, and performing ongoing reporting work, in close partnership with other program and Grants Management team members.
