Karen serves as Vice President of Finance, bringing over 30 years of experience in the nonprofit and philanthropic sectors and deep expertise in finance, operations, and strategy. She previously held leadership roles at the Klarman Family Foundation, the Children's Investment Fund, and the National Arts Stabilization Fund and currently serves on the boards of Philanthropy Massachusetts and the Boston Center for the Arts.
