Previously, Eloy supported the recruitment function for organizations of various sizes, including start-ups, regional firms, nationwide companies, and global enterprises. He earned his BBA in Marketing / Management from the University of Houston. When not at work, he's spending time with his wife, Jacqueline, and their dog, Billie. He also is a student at the University of Houston-Downtown for his MBA in HR Management.
