Before joining the PJMF team, Marcus worked as a senior technical support engineer and as the team lead for the helpdesk team at Symbio Systems. He also served as a volunteer IT Director for a local non-profit. Marcus holds several industry-standard certifications and is currently working on a Bachelor's degree in Cloud Computing at Western Governors University.
